My family and I moved to Colorado when I was 11, so I consider myself a Colorado native. I grew up in the Denver area, then went to Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My interest in massage therapy started when I was in high school. I was a gymnast starting at age 3 and a competitive cheerleader starting at age 12. By the time I was in high school, the wear and tear started to take a toll on my body. I worked with massage therapists and saw chiropractors regularly along with the massage therapist who worked in my chiropractor’s office. Their knowledge of how the human body functions is fascinating to me. In college, I was known in my friend group for giving great shoulder rubs, especially during high-stress times. It brings me great joy to be able to help someone relax, slow down, and take a deep breath as some days it’s easy to get caught up in the challenges of life. I told my friends in college that I would go to massage school one day and learn therapeutic massage. It was only 3 years after I graduated that I went to massage therapy school to finally get licensed!
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. I find a way to be active every day and have grown to love the lifestyle. In my opinion, one of the most important factors to true health is recognizing the mind-body connection. It is truly so powerful when the mind and body can align. It is my goal, through massage therapy, to help individuals strengthen this connection for an exquisite way of life.

My commitment to natural medicine and nutrition is at the heart of everything I do. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, I have dedicated myself to helping patients seek a renewed life, full of restored function and good health. I am passionate about the whole client, not just symptoms or temporary solutions, my practice embodies a compassionate yet professional environment for acupuncture and natural health services.
What started as an internship at the age of 19 ultimately changed the trajectory of my life and my career, helping me land where I am today. On a detour that led me to working with a native elder, I spent the first two years of my career witnessing remarkable healing occur with the use of natural medicine. It was during this time that I learned that everything is energetically interconnected, from the physical aches and pains we experience in our body to the emotional aches and pains we experience in our hearts. Harnessing that knowledge, I sought to educate myself in multiple wellness techniques. With more than 5,000 hours of training in eastern and western modalities and 20 years of experience, my work and my clients are my passion. In 2004, I founded my own natural wellness business in Aspen and my roots grow deeper here every year.
In my spare time, you might find me off the grid hiking, paddle boarding, skinning, or photographing beautiful sites. I enjoy experimenting in my kitchen with healthy gourmet treats and meals or making reservations at a fine restaurant. When I’m not in the outdoors or in my kitchen I am likely checking more places off my ever-growing bucket list – from hiking Kilimanjaro to viewing Kodiak bears in their natural habitat. I love being in nature and viewing this wild life all around me. When I push myself to the outer limits of my athletic endeavors, I know the importance of wellness and vibrant living firsthand.
Be inspired. Be well.
